As a Senior / Lead Backend Developer at our company based in Mangalore, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in .NET and T-SQL to build robust solutions and troubleshoot complex issues. With a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, you will focus on systems using .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#). Your role will entail proven, significant experience in backend software development utilizing the .NET framework / .NET Core, including proficiency in T-SQL for writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and understanding database design principles, preferably with MS SQL Server. You will be expected to demonstrate the ability to read, understand, and analyze complex legacy code to determine functionality and troubleshoot issues effectively. Moreover, your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in debugging and resolving production system issues. You will have the opportunity to lead technical initiatives or mentor junior engineers, with formal team lead experience being a strong advantage for a Lead level role. Your role will also require a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and backend architecture patterns.
