About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The role involves preparing quotations as per customer requirements, coordinating with clients for follow-ups and order confirmations, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and warehouse for timely dispatches. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements. Coordinate with customers for queries, clarifications, and order confirmations. Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and correct dispatch of orders. Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, and dispatches. Provide support to the sales team in day-to-day operations. Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries. Ensure effective internal coordination between office, sales, and warehouse teams. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or operations. (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines. Work from Office | 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).

The candidate must be willing to learn basic things about our products for better working. Location - NSP , Pitampura , Delhi Timings - 10.15AM - 7PM , Monday - Saturday. Below is the job description for better understanding - 1. Maintaining communication between sales team and quotations team. 2. Keeping track of Pending quotations 3. Handling Key Customer queries. 4. Reporting management about pending qoutations 5. Payment Followups 6. Providing support to sales team in respect to stocks, prices, promotions etc. 7. Maintaining data of client meetings by sales teams. 8. Confirmation of stocks to quotations team before every quotation. 9. Followup on purchases and ensuring timely vendor payments. 10. Getting Physical stock verification done from time to time (by Warehouse team) 11. Handling social media promotions 12. Sharing Invoices/ledgers with customers. 13. Keeping track of Client Complaints. 14. Depositing Cheques in the Bank. 15.Any other tasks given by the management
