Role & responsibilities 1. Support the selection of suppliers and develop materials in alignment with company standards, project requirements, and BIS compliance. 2. Evaluate the suppliers based on their technical capability, quality standards, financial stability, and capacity. 3. Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments. 4. Monitor and manage supplier performance on key metrics such as quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness. 5. Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming suppliers. 6. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of supplier capabilities. 7. Support cost-reduction initiatives through supplier process improvements and material optimization. 8. Work with suppliers to identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality. 9. Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, quality, engineering, logistics) to ensure supplier readiness. 10. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical and commercial issues. 11. Maintain accurate records of audit reports, performance metrics and NDA, purchase price, mould agreements. 12.Prepare regular reports for management on supplier development activities and outcomes. 13. Coordinate with the Korea team to obtain CEPA benefits for the applicable items.
