Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef in Bengaluru. The Sous Chef will assist with the daily operations of the kitchen, including preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the Head Chef to create new recipes and menu items while ensuring adherence to dietary requirements and health regulations. Qualifications Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and creating new recipes Experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining kitchen organization Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Relevant culinary degrees or certifications Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
