Domino Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Lotus Notes/Domino applications including forms, views, workflows, and agents.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Customize and enhance existing Domino applications to meet evolving business needs.
Develop scripts and automation using LotusScript, Formula Language, Java, and XPages.
Integrate Domino applications with external systems and databases via APIs, REST, or SOAP.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, testers, and infrastructure teams.
Prepare documentation, conduct code reviews, and provide user training and support.
Participate in migration projects (Lotus Notes to Office 365, SharePoint, or other modern platforms).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

48 years of experience in Lotus Notes/Domino development.
Strong programming skills in LotusScript, Formula Language, Java, JavaScript, and XPages.
Hands-on experience with Domino Designer and Notes Client.
Understanding of Domino administration basics (ACLs, replication, security).
Experience integrating Domino with third-party applications/databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
