Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for our Malayalam Voice Sales Process in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer objections and convince customers effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM.
• Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Eligibility & Skills

• Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer service, or lead generation will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
• Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
