Domestic Voice Process Executive – Fresher / Experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Communicate with customers professionally and politely.
• Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain customer details and update call records when required.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Salary
₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
