Position Details

• Location: Pirangut, Pune
• Relevant Experience: 10–15 years' experience in Domestic Sales

Position Description:

The Domestic Sales Manager is responsible for driving the company's local sales growth by developing and executing Domestic sales strategies. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, ensuring smooth Domestic operations, and achieving revenue targets through effective market penetration and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Sales Growth

• Develop and implement Domestic sales strategies to achieve local revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities globally.
• Establish sales objectives and monitor performance against targets.

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, distributors, and partners.
• Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and manage long-term business relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Analysis

• Analyze global market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Recommend pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize market share.

4. Domestic Operations & Documentation

• Oversee Domestic processes and ensure compliance with local trade regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for timely and accurate shipments.
• Ensure all Domestic documentation is properly maintained and compliant.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor the Domestic sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) for seamless execution.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Local Trade, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 10–15 years in Domestic sales/business development.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and Domestic procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive targets and work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
