Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns over inbound calls and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Address customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
• Maintain clear, courteous, and effective communication with customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and appropriate issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and established service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to process requirements.
