Gurgaon-based domestic company is hiring for a customer support profile

Any graduate with 01 year of similar experience can apply

Salary up to - 5.5LPA

5.5 days a week working

Excellent comms skills required

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
