Verify payment details and maintain comprehensive records..Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the company%27s accounting system. Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly to maintain financial integrity..Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on cash flow activities, providing insights into the company%27s liquidity position and supporting decision-making processes..Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements related to cash disbursements and bank reconciliations. Implement measures to minimize risks and prevent fraud..Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the cash disbursement and reconciliation functions. Enhance efficiency and accuracy through innovative solutions..Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners, such as banks and vendors, to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues related to cash transactions..Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of cash transactions in accounting systems. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for analysis and reporting purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:
.Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate.Relevant years of experience in R2R Cash disbursements & Bank reconciliations.Experience in working with an insurance client will be an added advantagePreferred Skill Set:.Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management.Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative.Strong time management skills.Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential informationWhy join Genpact.
