Domain Consultant - L1

The role incumbent is primarily focused on implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. As a Consultant, you are expected to play a key role in solution building for the client & practice. You will be responsible for handling higher scale and complexity projects compared to a Consultant profile and should be proactive in client interactions. Your responsibilities will include assuming responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners, developing, assessing, and validating a client's business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction. You will also be developing solutions and services to align with the client's business strategy, estimating scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution, seeking opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas, leading engagements and overseeing others" contributions at a customer end to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Moreover, you will be driving Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement and new accounts, contributing towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, guiding less experienced team members in delivering solutions, leading efforts towards building go-to-market/off-the-shelf/point solutions, and process methodologies for reuse. Additionally, creating reusable IP from managed projects will be part of your role. The mandatory skill required for this role is TEMENOS T24, and the desired experience level is 3-5 years.
