They will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service. Roles & Responsibility Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce/promote products or services. Receive inbound calls, address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales conversions. Follow up with leads and past prospects. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, lead status etc. in CRM or relevant database. Understand customer needs, respond accordingly, resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Stay informed of product/service details, promotions, updates and industry trends. Use scripts & guidelines provided; also suggest improvements or feedback to call scripts or process. Work in coordination with sales, marketing & support teams to ensure consistent customer experience. JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE Prior experience in tele calling, telesales or customer service preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may be considered. Excellent verbal communication skills in English / Hindi / regional language. Basic computer skills: MS Office, data entry, using CRM systems. EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS Education: Minimum 12th pass (higher secondary); graduation is a plus. Multilingual skills (local / regional languages) to connect with broader customer base. Prior experience with cold calling / outbound sales campaigns. Familiarity with performance incentives / commission-based targets. Good phone etiquette & professional demeanour.
