Document Writer – Real Estate / Land Sales Deed - Tamil & English

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Document Writer with expertise in drafting property-related legal documents for our real estate operations in Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to land sales, property registration, and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sell, Gift Deeds, POA, Lease Agreements, and related property documents.
• Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices for document registration.
• Ensuring legal compliance with stamp duty, registration, and property-related laws.
• Assisting the management in title verification and due diligence for land/property transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of property-related legal documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document writing / property legal documentation.
• Knowledge of Tamil & English (reading and drafting).
• Familiarity with real estate registration processes and property law.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates with experience working near Sub-Registrar Offices will be preferred.
