Review files: Check ID cards, address proofs, marksheets, and bank forms for errors or fake details.
Match data: Compare customer details with official online portals, internal databases, or physical records.
Data entry: Type verified details and status reports accurately into company software.
Spot fraud: Catch tampered papers, false signatures, or mismatched numbers.
Call clients: Reach out to applicants or branches to clear up missing or wrong info. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Skills Needed

Eye for detail: Spot tiny errors in numbers, names, or stamps.
Computer use: Know how to type fast and use MS Office or databases.
Patience: Review long lists of rules and files every day without rushing.
Communication: Speak clearly to team leaders or clients when solving problems.
