We&aposre Hiring: Quadient Developer (Hybrid) Are you passionate about creating impactful customer communications using Quadient Inspire We&aposre looking for seasoned Quadient Developers who can bring creativity, innovation, and deep technical know-how to our growing team! ???? Role Overview: Job Title: Quadient Developer No of Positions: 4 Location: Hybrid (Hyderbad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune) Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Notice Period: Immediate ( Inteviews cand be scheudle by 1st of August / 04th August and onboarding max by 10th of August ) Compensation: ?80,000 ?110,000 per month ( OPen for discussion ) ???? What Youll Do: Design, develop, and enhance Customer Communication Management solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite (Designer, Automation, Content Manager, Interactive, Scaler). Migrate and modernize templates from legacy tools like DOC1 or Exstream to Quadient. Build dynamic and personalized communications including invoices, letters, bills, and notices. Collaborate with business and tech teams to understand requirements and deliver elegant, scalable communication templates. Automate processes and ensure seamless production workflows and outputs. Monitor and support batch processes and troubleshoot issues in production. Participate in Agile practices, peer reviews, and documentation efforts. ? What Were Looking For: 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire tools (v10 v16). Proven experience in template development, scripting (HTML, XML, PowerShell), and data integration. Exposure to Quadient Migration Projects DOC1 to Inspire, HP Exstream to Inspire, etc. Working knowledge of SQL, Automation Scripts, and Document Mapping . Strong communication and client interaction skills. Quadient Inspire Certification (v14 or above) highly preferred. ???? Bonus Points For: Experience in cloud deployments (Azure, Cosmos DB, etc) . Print configuration expertise (A3/A4, Simplex/Duplex, PPD Files, Barcode generation). Experience with DevOps pipelines and performance optimization. ????
