Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals to promote and sell Doctyn Academy’s medical education programs. Counsel prospective learners by understanding their career goals and recommending the most suitable courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead conversion and revenue growth. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Provide end-to-end support to candidates throughout the counselling, admission, and enrollment process. Stay updated on healthcare education trends, course offerings, and competitor activity. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve overall organizational objectives. Requirements Strong motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Positive attitude with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail. Experience in inside sales, education counselling, or EdTech sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
