Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Manager - Community Development. The ideal candidate will work closely with rural communities, self-help groups (SHGs), cooperatives, and women-led enterprises to implement development programs, provide capacity-building support, and ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Program Implementation: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring community development programs. Work with local stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Support in establishing and managing training and production centers. Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate skill development workshops and training sessions. Empower SHGs, FPOs, and cooperatives with business and technical skills. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders. Conduct regular field visits to assess project progress and community needs. Promote awareness of DNR Foundation's initiatives and their benefits. Monitoring and Evaluation: Collect and analyze data to track program impact and outcomes. Prepare reports and case studies to showcase project success and learnings. Collaboration and Partnerships: Liaise with government bodies, NGOs, and corporate partners to strengthen program outreach. Support funding proposals and partnership initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in community development or a related role. Experience with women’s empowerment projects is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis. Position: Livelihood Coordinator / Livelihood Specialist U-Turn4Nature Foundation is seeking a Livelihood Coordinator / Specialist to support a women-focused livelihoods project. The role involves working with rural women already supported by Government programs and NGOs, helping them transition into sustainable income-generating enterprises .
