Role & responsibilities - Production aspects associated with routine assembly of disposable syringe. - Define, implement, and measure key performance indicators for the clean room. Drive process improvements based on performance measurements. - Drive the reduction of rework, scrap, and overall cost. - Manage timekeeping and attendance for all clean room colleagues. - Conduct periodic inspections of clean room machinery, equipment, and working conditions to ensure conformance to appropriate safety and quality standards and regulations. - Assure routine cleanings are completed each week. - Assure preventive maintenance and calibration requirements are withheld. - Assure proper clean room techniques and hygiene are always maintained. - Assure production labelling, batch card, non-conforming material, and computer documentation are appropriately and timely maintained. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should be pro-active and a hustler. 2. Willingness to learn and deliver. 3. Strong verbal communication skills 4. Understanding of clean room equipment, processes and procedures. 5. Should have prior experience. 6.
