Job Description

Experience: 1–3 years Industry: Fashion / Apparel About Us: We are a growing fashion brand specializing in trendy and comfortable women’s wear made with natural fabrics. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the flow of products from production to customers and ensure smooth inventory and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the production team to track order completion timelines Manage and update inventory records using Excel or inventory management tools Plan daily/weekly dispatch schedules based on order priorities and delivery timelines Ensure accurate packaging, labelling, and timely dispatch of all orders Liaise with courier partners and track shipments until delivery Maintain reports of dispatched orders, returns, and pending shipments Assist in stock audits and help streamline inventory flow between warehouse, production, and dispatch Flag and troubleshoot issues related to stock mismatches, delays, or order errors Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/inventory management (preferably in fashion or ecom) Strong command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with order management systems or Shopify is a plus What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a passionate, close-knit team A fast-growing brand environment with career growth potential Competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 26/05/2025
