Job Description

Urgent Hiring for Dispatch Executive require Male Candidate for Jaspur Location. Candidate have Export Knowledge also. Order Processing: Receiving and verifying customer orders. Checking inventory availability to match orders. Entering order details into dispatch software. Driver Assignment: Selecting the most suitable driver based on location, delivery timeframes, and vehicle type. Assigning delivery routes and providing detailed instructions. Communicating delivery schedules to drivers. Route Optimization: Utilizing dispatch software to plan efficient delivery routes. Monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting routes as needed. Managing delivery windows to meet customer expectations. Real-time Tracking: Monitoring driver locations through GPS tracking systems. Identifying potential delays and taking corrective actions. Communicating updates to customers regarding delivery status. Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries about deliveries. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues. Providing timely updates on delivery status. Communication Management: Maintaining clear communication with drivers via phone, radio, and messaging platforms. Coordinating with other departments like warehouse and sales to ensure smooth operations. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on delivery metrics (on-time deliveries, delays, etc.). Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting operational changes. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
