Job Description

We are seeking a fresher candidate to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include understanding the commercial strategy and plan, updating the commercial database, processing invoices in SAP, answering department phones, updating daily production reports, managing stock inventory, handling shipment billing and invoices, and providing daily reports to the heads regarding commercial activities. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in coordinating domestic dispatch, a good knowledge of SAP (Material Management), an understanding of packaging and storage requirements, knowledge of statutory requirements of logistics, and experience in preparing and cross-checking dispatch documents like invoices and delivery challans based on purchase orders. Additionally, knowledge of finished goods inventory is required for this position. This is a full-time job with a salary ranging from 12,000.00 to 15,000.00 per month. The preferred gender for this role is Male. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with opportunities for performance and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience.
