Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development * Drive acquisition across general insurance lines (Property, Marine, Liability, Motor, etc.) * Build, mentor, and lead a high-achieving sales team * Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities * Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline 2. Branch Operations & Team Management * Oversee complete branch operations, including policy issuance, claims, and customer service * Ensure team productivity, performance, and development * Adhere to service benchmarks and process compliance 3. Client Relationship Management * Manage relationships with both retail and corporate clients * Conduct client review meetings and offer risk-based solutions * Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency 4. Position: Corporate Relationship Manager - Insurance Broker Location: Bengaluru / Delhi / Mumbai Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Relationship Manager Insurance Broker to lead corporate insurance sales and drive business growth. The role requires a blend of strategic sales capability, digital engagement, and technical expertise across Employee Benefits, Fire, Engineering, and Liability insurance. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary contact for key corporate clients. • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. • Understand client business needs and provide suitable risk & insurance solutions. 2. Service Delivery & Operations • Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, claims support, and renewals. • Ensure timely delivery of policy documents, certificates, and reports. • Coordinate with insurers for competitive pricing and coverage enhancements. 3. Business Retention & Growth • Manage renewal strategies for large corporate accounts. • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing clients. • Support business development teams in new client pitches by providing servicing insights. 4. Team Leadership & Process Improvement Lead and mentor a team of servicing executives and managers. Monitor SLA adherence, ensure process efficiency, and reduce errors. Engineering Insurance: CAR, EAR, MB policies, technical underwriting. Liability Insurance: CGL, PI/E&O, D&O coverage and risk mitigation. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing or related field. 58 years in corporate sales/business development within insurance. Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and market trends. CRM proficiency, digital engagement skills, and analytical mindset. Willing to travel; two-wheeler ownership required.
