Discharge Summary Executive

Job Description:-

Responsibilities:-

• To adhere the TAT (1 Hour) in preparing and delivering summaries for all patients from the time of intimation
• To ensure that all the prepared Discharge Summaries are errorfree (Clinical & Non-Clinical) and verified by the treating Consultant
• To achieve the NPS for IP Discharges at 75% for the FY
• To adhere to all the guidelines defined by the hospital/governing bodies without any deviation
• To ensure provision of Discharge Summaries to the Credit Cell as per TAT and resolution of any queries as and when applicable

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Discharge Summary in the hospital industry

Week Off: Rotational Weekoff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
