We're looking for a results-obsessed TA leader who knows one thing clearly: strong sales teams drive business. This role isn't about filling seats with resumes. It's about hiring closers and building sales teams that hit their targets.

What You'll Own:
- End-to-end hiring for BD, Sales Managers, City Heads and Sales Leadership- Rapid hiring across multiple cities for our exhibitions- Leading the internal recruitment team and external hiring partners- Defining sales targets, KRAs and incentive structures with business heads- Performance reviews, ramp-up of new hires and proactive attrition control- Employer branding, recruitment processes and HR operations for sales teams

Who You Are:
✅ MBA or Equivalent✅ 15–20 years of HR experience with heavy exposure to sales hiring✅ Proven track record of hiring and managing target-driven sales teams✅ Strong understanding of incentives, performance metrics and sales behaviour✅ Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-scaling environments✅ Hands-on, decisive and outcome-focused
