DIRECTOR OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT EUROPE

As the Director of Facility Management Europe at DORMERO Hotel AG, your role involves being the main point of contact for the management, creating statistics and evaluations, handling employee inquiries, managing correspondence independently, overseeing external service providers such as cleaning, utilities, technicians, and maintenance companies, as well as conducting tendering, commissioning, and control of maintenance and repair measures. You will also be responsible for verifying, entering, and posting invoices, participating in contract negotiation, cost management including budgeting, and establishing and maintaining data in our systems. Your qualifications should include a completed commercial education, experience in a leadership role in the service sector, especially in Facility Management, a keen eye for detail in task execution, a high level of independent work, efficiency, and a sense of urgency. You should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, strong customer orientation, good presentation, and etiquette, very good Excel and Datev skills, knowledge of invoice processing, willingness to travel as part of the position, confidentiality, and discretion. Proficiency in German and English for negotiations is essential, along with a passionate and energetic approach towards your job.
