Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced educational leader to serve as the Director of Curriculum and Academic Excellence. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing an innovative curriculum, overseeing comprehensive teacher training programs, and embedding research-driven instructional practices across our schools. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of continuous improvement, evidence-based teaching, science-of-learning methodologies, and strategic data-driven decision-making to ensure exceptional learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development Implementation: Design, develop, and implement rigorous, future-oriented curricula across K 12, aligned with national standards and global best practices. Integrate innovative educational frameworks such as inquiry-based learning, experiential education, and interdisciplinary approaches. Teacher Training Professional Development: Develop and oversee comprehensive teacher training programs focused on pedagogy, instructional strategies, classroom management, and assessment techniques. Facilitate professional learning communities and promote reflective teaching practices. Course Development Innovation: Conceptualize and introduce specialized, impactful courses and extracurricular programs tailored to student needs. Ensure course offerings align with 21st-century skills development, creativity, critical thinking, and technology integration. Evidence-Based Teaching Learning Practices: Disseminate research-driven instructional strategies and science-of-learning approaches. Monitor classroom practices and offer guidance to ensure implementation fidelity. Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish systems for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting educational data for informed decision-making. Lead initiatives to improve academic performance using data analytics and evidence-based interventions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with school leadership, academic coordinators, and faculty members to build consensus on academic initiatives. Present curriculum innovations, learning data insights, and academic outcomes to leadership, parents, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Skills: Master s or Doctorate in Education, Curriculum Design, Educational Leadership, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in curriculum design, academic leadership, and teacher training in progressive schools. Expertise in evidence-based teaching methodologies and the science of learning. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and education management systems. Demonstrated success in improving educational outcomes through curriculum innovation and teacher training. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
