Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales and client acquisition operations for our premier aesthetics clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the end-to-end client journey, managing incoming leads, and leading a team of aesthetic counselors and sales representatives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in high-end medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, or premium retail services, with a proven track record of converting high-intent leads into loyal, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion Optimization

• Oversee the entire lead lifecycle—from initial inquiry (digital, phone, walk-in) to consultation, booking, and post-treatment follow-up.
• Implement and manage a robust CRM system to track lead status, conversion rates, response times, and follow-up pipelines.
• Establish strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lead response times to maximize conversion rates from digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyze lead drop-off points and implement corrective strategies to improve overall conversion efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of aesthetic counselors, sales executives, and front-desk coordinators.
• Conduct regular training sessions on consultative selling, handling objections, luxury service standards, and deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, skin lasers, body contouring, anti-aging therapies).
• Set individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct performance reviews, and implement incentive structures to motivate the sales team.

3. Revenue Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives, encouraging clients to adopt holistic treatment plans and package memberships.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to align lead generation campaigns with sales capacity, quality requirements, and promotional calendars.

4. Client Experience & Retention

• Act as an escalation point for VIP clients and high-value consultations, ensuring an exceptional, white-glove client experience.
• Monitor client satisfaction, retention metrics, and repeat booking rates.
• Design and promote loyalty programs, referral incentives, and retention packages to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking conversion metrics, cost per acquisition (CPA), average ticket size, and revenue by treatment category.
• Present sales forecasts and market trends to senior management to guide strategic pricing and service expansions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
