Presales Lead – Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Experience: 15+ Years Role Overview • Drive solutioning, consulting, and large-scale pursuit support across modern workplace transformation engagements. • Lead the design of compelling, AI-enabled workplace transformation solutions aligned to customer business outcomes. • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on next-generation workplace services, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. • Provide pursuit leadership across Sales, Delivery, Practice, and Technology teams to shape differentiated, competitive offerings. • Operate as a senior Digital Workplace leader with broad solutioning experience and deep expertise across multiple workplace domains. Key Solution Areas • AI-powered Workplace Transformation (Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI Copilots, Conversational AI, Intelligent Automation) • Service Desk & Enterprise IT Support • Field Services • Digital Employee Experience (DEX) • Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) • Microsoft 365 & Copilot • Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and VDI Key Skills & Experience • 15+ years of experience in Digital Workplace Services, End User Computing (EUC), or IT Infrastructure Services. • Strong presales, solution architecture, and consulting experience with enterprise clients. • Expertise in AI-powered Workplace Transformation, including: • Agentic AI • Generative AI • AI Copilots • Conversational AI • Intelligent Automation • Proficient in leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate and optimise: • RFP/RFI responses • Proposal creation • Solution documentation • Knowledge management • Deep domain knowledge in: • Service Desk & Enterprise IT Support • Field Services • Digital Employee Experience (DEX) • Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) • Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM) • Microsoft 365 & Copilot • Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VDI solutions • Experience in designing transformation roadmaps, operating models, and business value propositions. • Strong client-facing, presentation, stakeholder management, and pursuit leadership skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Leadership & Design • Lead solution design and presales engagements for Digital Workplace opportunities. • Develop compelling, AI-enabled workplace transformation solutions aligned to customer outcomes. • Design transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and business value propositions. • Own solution quality, assumptions, risks, and commitments across the pursuit lifecycle. 2. Pursuit & Bid Leadership • Drive RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, proposals, and executive presentations. • Lead bid-orals, solution walkthroughs, and executive-level solution defence sessions. • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate and optimise proposal creation, solution documentation, and knowledge management. 3. Collaboration & Go-to-Market • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to build differentiated and competitive offerings. • Position next-generation workplace services leveraging: • AI and Agentic automation • Analytics and Digital Employee Experience • Modern and autonomous endpoint technologies • Engage OEMs, technology partners, and service partners to strengthen solution differentiation.
