Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Direct Tax Executive to manage direct tax compliance, transfer pricing, litigation, and tax-related matters. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle direct tax compliance, including Income Tax Returns (ITR) and TDS-related matters.
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and assessments.
• Manage tax litigation, appeals, notices, and assessment proceedings.
• Support corporate taxation and international taxation matters.
• Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and tax authorities for compliance and litigation-related matters.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act and direct tax regulations.
• Practical exposure to transfer pricing, tax litigation, and compliance.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
