Job Description

Direct Sales Manager sales services to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through direct sales strategies.

Roles:

Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals, expand market reach, and increase revenue.
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
Track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective management of the sales funnel.

Must:

Graduation is required.
2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
Good Sales Skills.
Must have own bike and valid DL.
