Direct Sales Representative

Direct Sales Manager sales services to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through direct sales strategies.

Roles:

• Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals, expand market reach, and increase revenue.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
• Track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective management of the sales funnel.

Must:

• Graduation is required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
• Good Sales Skills.
• Must have own bike and valid DL.
