Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment. Conduct condition monitoring and predictive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Breakdown Maintenance Respond promptly to equipment failures and carry out repairs with minimal downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes to prevent recurrence. Equipment & Machinery Management Maintain CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, presses, conveyors, and other production equipment. Ensure optimal performance of utilities like compressors, boilers, and pumps. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and service histories. Track maintenance KPIs such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Spare Parts & Inventory Control Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability without overstocking. Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement and service contracts. Safety & Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and ISO/IATF standards. Conduct risk assessments before maintenance work. Continuous Improvement Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability. Participate in Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and energy-saving initiatives.
