We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organised environment for both patients and staff.

Duties

• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help patients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of patient areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates on patient status.
• Assist in preparing patients for examinations or therapies as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience not essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and adhere to established protocols.
