We are looking for Service Engineers for Mobile Technicians. Location - Trivandrum , Attingal ,North Paravoor Diploma in Electronics, Electricals OR ITI / B.TECH/ UG Freshers & Experienced can apply. Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service KEY RESPONSIBILITES Troubleshooting the customer devices and ensure on time delivery of the service product to the customer asper the TAT Repair the defective devices and identify the issues Ensure to detailed the customer the issues of the product ICSM Updating Defective spare handling Repair tools and device management Ensure the SLA to maintain Technical trainings Focus on customer satisfaction Technical assistance for customers Plan & ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Education: Diploma (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
