As the Senior Marketing Manager for Retail, Travel & Transport, Hospitality, and Services sector at our company, you will play a crucial role in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing brand reputation, and strengthening client relationships across the Americas. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic business priorities, expanding client portfolios, sourcing large transformation deals, and leveraging key partnerships to maintain client centricity. You will be responsible for developing geo-centric marketing plans, executing account-based and performance marketing campaigns, and designing opportunity-centric activities to secure large transformation deals. Collaborating with senior business leaders, account executives, and sales leaders, you will lead a team of marketing experts in driving thought leadership, improving pipeline, and enhancing revenue outcomes through digital-first marketing strategies tailored to meet buyer's needs. Your key activities will involve account-based marketing to influence pipeline growth, building a strong industry brand through thought leadership, enhancing market presence, pursuing large deals to improve win rates, and focusing on demand generation to drive client acquisition through digital-first campaigns. Additionally, you will work with Wipro's partner ecosystem to create programs around solution awareness, demand generation, and thought leadership. As a senior marketing professional with over 12 years of experience, you must possess a strong background in strategizing, executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns in enterprise organizations. Experience in IT services marketing and Retail/CPG/Consumer Industries is preferred. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, develop strategic marketing plans, and mentor a team will be crucial for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should demonstrate proficiency in integrated marketing campaigns, effective communication skills, and experience in managing and executing marketing programs with cross-functional virtual teams globally. Your high energy, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a hyper-growth environment are essential. Furthermore, expertise in digital strategy, marketing automation tools, and managing large events and budgets will be beneficial for this role.
