Digital Visualizer Head

You will be joining Tad Global Branding Pvt Ltd as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, where you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality reels for social media and crafting stunning visuals across various platforms including web, social media, email, and digital ads. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the visual design team to create compelling visuals for digital campaigns, social media, branding, websites, and UI/UX. - Conceptualize and execute creative visual ideas for digital marketing initiatives and brand communication. - Collaborate with the Copywriters and Strategy Team to develop cohesive and effective campaigns. - Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure consistency across all visual assets. - Mentor and guide junior visualizers and designers to enhance their creative output. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling. - Review and provide constructive feedback on all visual assets before client delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in visual design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital campaigns, branding, and motion graphics. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Figma, and other visual tools. - Exceptional visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography. - Strong understanding of designing for digital platforms including social media, ads, and websites. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.,
