The role of Power Platform Developer at our organization is a key opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in VBA automation, Power BI, and Power Apps. With over 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions and business intelligence dashboards that drive operational efficiency and support informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining VBA-based automation tools in Excel, Outlook, and Access to enhance business processes. You will also be involved in designing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including DAX calculations and data modeling. Additionally, you will build and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to digitize manual processes and enhance user experience, as well as integrate Power Apps with Power Automate for workflow automation. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources such as Excel, SAP, SQL Server, SharePoint, and APIs. Ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance optimization in all solutions will be a priority, along with conducting training, workshops, and fostering a Lean Six Sigma culture. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university, along with at least 7 years of overall experience and 2+ years in a business analyst role. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills are essential, as well as Microsoft certifications in Power Platform. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required, along with excellent project management skills.
