Digital Seva Administrator

Hiqba Global Enterprises LLP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Seva Administrator to join our team in Feroke, Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be a female with a strong background in providing digital services and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate a Digital Seva center, providing various online services to customers.
• Assist clients with applications, form submissions, and other digital tasks.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Handle basic computer operations and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both Malayalam and English.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a Digital Seva center or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in online services and basic computer applications.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Malayalam and English.
• Must be a female candidate.
• Residing in or around the Feroke area is a must.
