Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Sales Support Executive to manage customer enquiries across WhatsApp, our website, and other online channels. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing product information, following up on enquiries, and helping customers complete their orders smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, website chat, email, and other online channels promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products such as garment labels, hangtags, wash care labels, and packaging accessories.
• Share product details, pricing, minimum order quantities, and ordering instructions with customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Collect the required information, artwork, and specifications from customers to process orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Keep customers updated on order status, digital proofs, production, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer support, sales support, telecalling, or online sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, website chat, and basic computer applications.
• Good typing speed and the ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and the ability to identify opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.
• Attention to detail when recording customer requirements and order specifications.
