You are invited to join Silpi Advertising as a Digital Printing (Operator) in Trivandrum. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for various aspects related to digital print production, machine operation, and color management. This role is purely printing-focused and does not involve digital marketing tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep understanding of paper types, GSM, thickness, textures, and specialty materials. - Knowledge of inks, cartridges, toner types, and their applications in digital print. - Familiarity with current printing market rates (digital, offset, large format, specialty). - Hands-on experience operating digital printing machines, including routine handling, troubleshooting, calibration, and color accuracy checks. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools for print-ready file preparation, including handling bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and pre-press settings. - Knowledge of paper sourcing, vendors, suppliers, and material availability. - Coordination with the production team to ensure timely job completion and delivery while maintaining print quality, accuracy, and consistency. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital printing press or print shop. - Candidates must come from a printing background. - Preference for candidates located in Trivandrum (TVM). - No freshers will be considered for this position.
