Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, and other marketing materials. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and target audiences Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and best practices Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies. Track and analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, etc.) Develop and implement email marketing campaigns Create and curate compelling content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key insights to inform future marketing strategies. Create and schedule engaging social media content Run paid social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor social media channels for mentions, feedback, and engagement. Analyze social media data to identify areas for improvement Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices. Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC and email marketing trends Develop and maintain brand guidelines Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website Collaborate with the DM team to ensure designs align with brand strategy Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain up-to-date and competitive. Plan, film, and edit videos for various platforms (YouTube, social media, website, etc.) Develop creative concepts for video content Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with brand strategy. Highly adaptable and able to effectively manage shifting priorities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing best practices.
