Operating across Chennai and Kanchipuram, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support our marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including project photos, videos, reels, promotional posts, and customer testimonials.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and lead-generation results.

2. Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns

• Generate potential customer leads through social media, digital marketing campaigns, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Meta advertising campaigns.
• Identify potential customers interested in residential and commercial interior design services.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to improve marketing effectiveness.

3. CRM Management – Zoho CRM

• Maintain and update customer information, enquiries, lead status, and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM.
• Assign, track, and monitor leads to ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline progress.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into business opportunities.

4. Customer Engagement & Sales Coordination

• Respond to customer enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital channels.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant interior design services and offerings.
• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and arrange consultations or site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain marketing databases, lead trackers, campaign reports, and customer records using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering leads generated, follow-ups, campaign performance, and conversions.
• Analyse marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of all marketing activities.

6. Team Collaboration & Performance Improvement

• Work closely with the sales, design, and management teams to achieve marketing and business targets.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, advertising tools, and industry developments.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility, lead quality, and customer engagement.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and marketing guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or sales and marketing.
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Microsoft Excel, Meta Business Suite, and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on lead generation and business growth.
• Knowledge of Canva, content creation, and performance reporting will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
