About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern SEO practices, organic growth strategies, website optimization, and social media management, with the ability to improve online visibility and drive quality traffic across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and overall online visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Optimize website content, structure, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
• Work on international SEO campaigns targeting multiple countries and global markets.
• Monitor website performance and analyze traffic, rankings, and user behavior using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Stay updated with AI-driven search trends, Google AI Overviews, and evolving search engine algorithms.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-friendly content and improve digital marketing performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO and social media performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, competitor research, and continuous optimization.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to improve local visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and competitor analysis.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement activities.
• Understanding of website performance optimization, search engine algorithms, and organic traffic growth strategies.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-driven strategies.
• Strong English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on international SEO projects and targeting multiple countries.
• Understanding of AI-driven search, Google AI Overviews, and emerging SEO practices.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or international digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and social media analytics.
• A proven track record of improving organic rankings, website traffic, keyword visibility, or engagement.
• Ability to share SEO project examples, campaign results, and measurable achievements.
