Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating effective leads, improving online visibility, and converting digital marketing activities into business opportunities for solar, UPS, and power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

· Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads.

· Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant advertising platforms.

· Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads for solar, UPS, and electrical products.

· Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

· Develop strategies to increase enquiries, website traffic, and customer conversions.

Social Media & Content Management

· Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

· Create engaging content, promotional posts, banners, and campaign materials.

· Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

· Improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Website & Performance Marketing

· Monitor website performance and improve SEO and search engine visibility.

· Manage landing pages, enquiry forms, and lead capture activities.

· Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.

· Analyze lead data, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Reporting & Coordination

· Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

· Track leads generated, cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on generated leads.

· Identify new digital channels and opportunities to improve lead generation.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.

· Proven ability to generate effective, qualified leads through digital campaigns.

· Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

· Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets.

· Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing reports.

· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.

· Proven experience in generating business leads for B2B and B2C markets.

· Experience in solar energy, electrical products, industrial products, or similar industries will be an added advantage.

· Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous campaign performance and lead-generation results.
