Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience. Content Marketing: Plan, create, and distribute valuable and relevant content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, email, and websites. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles to increase brand visibility, engage with followers, and drive traffic to the company's website. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase the site's visibility on search engines. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to reach specific target demographics and achieve advertising goals. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and maintain customer relationships. Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page performance, increase conversion rates, and reduce bounce rates. Online Reputation Management: Monitor online reviews, feedback, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Budget Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and copywriters, to create and optimize digital content and assets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and SEO tools. Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to the rapidly changing digital landscape. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus. You play a critical role in helping organization thrive in the digital age by effectively reaching and engaging with their target audiences online.
