Job Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Activities: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing activities across various online channels.

2. Social Media Management: Support the management of the company’s social media presence, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Assist with content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

3. LinkedIn Marketing: Assist with LinkedIn activities including profile research, audience engagement, content support, and business outreach.

4. Email Marketing: Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns, maintaining contact lists, and tracking campaign performance.

5. Content Support: Assist in creating and coordinating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.

6. Lead Generation: Support digital lead generation activities, prospect research, and customer engagement initiatives.

7. Market Research: Conduct research on industries, companies, competitors, customers, and digital marketing trends.

8. Campaign Monitoring: Track digital marketing activities and campaign performance and assist in preparing regular reports.

9. Data & CRM Management: Maintain marketing data, contact information, campaign records, and CRM updates accurately.

10. Marketing Tools: Work with relevant digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, analytics, and other online tools as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and online marketing channels.

2. LinkedIn Knowledge: Familiarity with LinkedIn and an interest in using the platform for professional networking and business engagement.

3. Email Marketing: Basic understanding of email marketing and campaign management.

4. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

5. Content Skills: Ability to write clear, simple, and engaging content for digital platforms.

6. Research Skills: Good ability to research companies, industries, competitors, and relevant market information.

7. Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of campaign metrics and ability to work with data and reports.

8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with marketing and sales teams.

9. Learning Mindset: Strong interest in learning new digital marketing tools, platforms, trends, and techniques.

10. Good to Have Skills: Familiarity with Brevo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and other digital marketing, CRM, and lead generation tools.

Experience:

· 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing; freshers with relevant knowledge or internship experience can apply.

· Basic exposure to LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, or other digital marketing activities will be an advantage.

· Candidates should have a strong interest in developing their career in digital marketing.
