Digital Marketing Specialist

Position:

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook , youtube and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement Digital marketing strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Meta platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise budgets to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, retargeting, and customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with content, graphic design, and video editing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Optimise landing pages, website pages, product pages, and conversion funnels to improve sales performance.
• Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in Digital Fundraising, Digital Fundraising, marketing, e-commerce, and online customer acquisition.
• Understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, conversion optimisation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising campaigns for business growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
