Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Your role will involve working across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, managing SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. - Create and curate engaging, original content for blogs, social media, emails, and other platforms to increase engagement. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance by tracking KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting goals. - Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns for SEO and SEM Optimization. - Plan and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engagement with followers for social media management. - Design and send email campaigns, while tracking open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions for email marketing. - Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create a unified digital marketing strategy with cross-functional teams. - Stay updated on digital trends, keeping abreast of industry trends and new digital tools and strategies to continually improve campaigns. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. - Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques. - Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.,
