Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has experience with performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics tools, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, conversions, remarketing).
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

2. Social Media Management

• Develop content calendars for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
• Create and manage paid social campaigns.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and ensure website optimization for organic search.
• Collaborate with content and tech teams to improve site structure, on-page SEO, and user experience.
• Track rankings and provide monthly SEO performance reports.

4. Content & Creative Coordination

• Assist in creating engaging content (blogs, videos, emails, graphics).
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies to ensure brand consistency.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, and CRM tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Measure ROI and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
