Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Executive with strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and selling digital marketing services to both national and international clients.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing services, be confident in pitching solutions to businesses, and have the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from national and international markets through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website development, Shopify development, and branding.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Handle B2B sales, client acquisition, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service packages for prospective clients.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with domestic and international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients after deal closure.
- Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records in a CRM or Excel sheet.
- Research international markets to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and website development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in handling national and international clients across different time zones.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and professional email communication.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience selling digital marketing services to international clients or other overseas markets.
- Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, website development sales, or digital agency sales.
- Candidates who can independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Number of qualified leads generated.

- Conversion rate and number of deals closed.
- Number of new national and international clients acquired.
- Follow-up efficiency and client retention.
Compensation
Salary: As per experience and interview performance, plus performance-based incentives.
